Joe’s Goals (also found via Lifehacker) is a nice little tool that you can use to help keep track of when you are doing things you want to do and when you are doing things you don’t want to do. While it relies almost entirely on personal integrity to work, people seeking to improve themselves are generally willing to be honest with themselves.

Among my goals: write a blog entry, walk to work, don’t eat out more than I had planned, and stay calm in stressful situations.
