I’ve found hidden messages from my Mother years after she died. I remember I cleaning out some of her purses and in one was a note thanking everyone during her chemo and radiations treatments. I guess she knew I would clean out her purses someday.
My brother got a message from her in our fake Christmas tree. My Brother had fought against getting a fake tree. A couple years later my Brother and I were setting up the fake tree for our Father and when my Brother reached in the box a newspaper clipping on the pros of fake trees fell out. My Brother and I agreed that it was Mom continuing the argument for the fake tree (he crumpled up the newspaper article…guess the argument is still ongoing).
